Big fucking deal, indeed! Alamo Drafthouse just announced a new weekly blessing for cinephiles — BFD Tuesdays. Starting January 17, BFD Tuesdays offers movies for $5, $7, or $9 a ticket. Pricing varies depending on location, on an unrelated note — Omaha, I'm coming for a visit. With tons of amazing new horror on the horizon, this is one hell of a deal to experience more horror on the big screen without breaking the bank. That means later this month, you can catch the likes of Brandon Cronenberg's Infinity Pool, answer M. Night Shyamalan's Knock At The Cabin in February, party down with Cocaine Bear and hit the Big Apple with Ghostface in May all in a prime setting for a discounted price.
Personally, The Alamo has my favorite gigantic bowl of popcorn (that clarified butter though) so I'm counting this as a personal win and will likely be living at my local Alamo for foreseeable Tuesdays. Check out a breakdown of those varying tickets prices by location below.
