Tired of wallowing about your unrequited crush and looking to make them yours, forever? Focus Features is giving you the chance to make your one wish come true with the new One Wish Willow, as seen in Curry Barker's hotly-anticipated new horror, Obsession.

Starring Michael Johnston, Inde Navarrette, Cooper Tomlinson, Megan Lawless and Andy Richter, Obsession, which was picked up by Focus Features shortly after premiering at Toronto Film Festival last year, was apparently inspired by an episode of The Simpsons where “Bart gets a monkey paw and causes a bunch of chaos.” An official logline reads:

After breaking the mysterious “One Wish Willow” to win his crush’s heart, a hopeless romantic finds himself getting exactly what he asked for but soon discovers that some desires come at a dark, sinister price.

Obsession, which was reportedly acquired for over $15 million after the viral success of Barker's found-footage film Milk & Serial, is produced by James Harris (Teashop Productions), Haley Nicole Johnson (Under the Shell) and Christian Mercuri on behalf of Capstone, with Universal Pictures International set to handle overseas distribution for the pic in all territories except France, New Zealand and Russia.

So how does one use the mysterious vintage One Wish Willow, you might ask? Remove from the box, snap it in half, and tell it your heart's deepest desire. What could possibly go wrong? If you're still not convinced, customers are already sharing their experiences online and on Reddit. The device is even available in stores at The Green Man in Los Angeles. We're sure it'll be fine, but the official One Wish Willow does say additional support is available through the Help Hotline on 1-323-747-7118. But again, we're sure nothing will go wrong.
