A new award-winning horror short from director/co-writer Aaron Morgan and co-writer (the Kingcast's very own) Eric Vespe, follows two sisters who play a dangerous game with a sinister creature. "Seek" features practical FX by two-time Academy Award nominee Arjen Tuiten (Wonder, Pan’s Labyrinth, and the upcoming Ghostbusters: Afterlife), based on concept designs by WETA Workshop and is an official selection at SXSW and Fantastic Fest.

Estranged sisters Heidi and Jordan have been driving all night when they come across a dilapidated roadside park and rest stop. Horrific events follow when a mischievous resident inhabiting the bathroom demands to play a terrifying version of a child’s game.

Director Aaron Morgan says “'Seek' is a small part of a larger mythology. The goal is to expand this world into a feature to tell the full, and terrifying, story of the Lonely Child." We had the opportunity to watch this at Fantastic Fest and it was wonderfully sinister, I'll say no more and let you see for yourselves. Watch "Seek" below:
