One of the shows we are most looking forward to this Halloween season is Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities, a brand-new horror anthology series hitting Netflix later this month. Featuring episodes directed by a number of ludicrously talented filmmakers (including Jennifer Kent, David Prior and Ana Lily Amirpour) and a number of truly twisted tales written by folks like David S. Goyer, Panos Cosmatos and Aaron Stewart-Ahn, this series seems to have all the necessary ingredients to be a full-on banger.

Oh, and check this out: Netflix just released a new poster, one which allows us to see into the mind of Guillermo del Toro. How’s it look in there? About how you’d expect!

So, let’s see: we’ve got a skull, a rat, a syringe, some little glass vials filled with god only knows what, a room key that’s somewhat reminiscent of The Shining, a small bird, and what appears to be a tube of toothpaste. These are all things we would expect to find inside the literal mind of Guillermo del Toro, so congrats to whoever put this poster together. You nailed it!

Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities begins rolling out on Netflix on October 25th, with two new episodes dropping each night through the 28th. That’s four presumably awesome evenings in a row, just in time for Halloween! We’ll be watching every night – how ’bout you?
