Following enormous demand for his upcoming Los Angeles residency shows, the one and only horror maestro John Carpenter will play a one-night-only concert for East Coast fans at New York's Knockdown Center on October 10.

Featuring Cody Carpenter and Daniel Davies, the New York concert will be Carpenter's first live show since 2018, and will feature tracks from his vast oeuvre of film and music.

Here's what the Halloween, They Live, The Fog, The Thing (you know the man!) legend had to say about the upcoming show:

โ€œAs soon as we announced my four-night L.A. residency, the response was incredible, and I wanted to offer my fans on the East Coast a chance to hear our music without having to fly across the country […] With a one-night show, weโ€™ll get to really dig deep into our musical souls, which is something I canโ€™t wait to share.โ€

Presale for tickets to the one-night-only New York HORRORMEISTER show will be available to the general public beginning at 10 a.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, March 12 with general admission tickets available the following day. Tickets can be purchased via Carpenter's official site, right here.

Carpenter's Los Angeles residency takes place at Downtown L.A.'s Belasco Theatre on the appropriately spooky dates of October 24, October 25, October 31, and November 1. Tickets for the Los Angeles shows are on sale now.
