Hendrik Cronje and Mari Molefe van Heerden's bilingual feature has secured distribution rights through Janson Media

Janson Media has acquired worldwide rights (excluding Africa) to BOS, a South African post-apocalyptic film from directors Hendrik Cronje and Mari Molefe van Heerden, and we've got some exclusive stills today to pique your interest.

BOS stars Ruan Wessels (Showmax's Wyfie), Simone Neethling (KykNet's Eenkeer om die Son), Roderick Jaftha (Villa Rosa), Charlie Bougenon (Homeland), Solomon Cupido (Frankie & Felipe) and Roy van Eck (The Hex) and boasts a unique blend of Afrikaans and English dialogue, making it South Africa's first bilingual post-apocalyptic movie.

BOS follows the journey of a young man, Heinrich (Wessels), who believes he is the last person in a post-apocalyptic world, until he stumbles upon a voiceless woman, Em (Neethling).

As he uncovers her plight, he learns she is being relentlessly pursued by bandits, Samuel (Jaftha), Dan (Bougeunon), Koos (Cupido) and Mark (van Eck), seeking to exploit her magical abilities. Blending suspense and fantasy, the story explores survival, unexpected connections, and the mysteries of a desolate world.

Following its World Premiere at Viva Texas Film Festival, BOS recently won Best Feature, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Directors at the Red Brick Road Film Festival in Oklahoma.
