The great Arrow Video is giving a John Carpenter classic a 4K UHD upgrade just in time for spooky season, with a new release of the horror master's In the Mouth of Madness coming this October.
In the Mouth of Madness, released in 1994 stars Sam Neill as an insurance investigator who visits a small town while looking into the disappearance of Sutter Cane, a successful author of horror novels.
Along with 1982's The Thing and 1987's Prince of Darkness, In the Mouth of Madness makes up Carpenter's “Apocalypse Trilogy”, given that all three cosmic-horror themed films have the prospect of the end of the world looming over them in some way.
The release comes stacked with special features (full list below), including a brand new audio commentary from FANGORIA's own Colors of the Dark podcast hosts Rebekah McKendry and Elric Kane.
Read on for a full list of special features and pre-order In the Mouth of Madness for an October 27 release.
