Bet you thought you’d seen the last of this lot. FX just released the first teaser for American Horror Story Season 13, with numerous familiar faces returning for the show’s most auspicious season, which hits screens in September.
While we still don’t have a synopsis for this season, the teaser reveals the return of several iconic characters from AHS seasons past, including Constance Langdon (Season 1), Cordelia Goode (Season 3), Madison Montgomery (Season 3), Marie Laveau (Season 3), Rubber Man (Season 1), Twisty the Clown (Season 4), and Kai Anderson (Season 7).

Consisting appropriately of thirteen half hour episodes, the new season stars returning actors Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Angela Bassett, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, Billie Lourd, Gabourey Sidibe, Leslie Grossman, Joey Pollari, John Carroll Lynch, and Jessica Lange. The cast also includes (hold your breath) Avantika, Jamie Brewer, Elle Chapman, Berto Colon, Alex Consani, Frances Conroy, Mat Fraser, Seth Gabel, Orlando Jones, Paul Anthony Kelly, Tig Notaro, Madelaine Petsch, Fedor Steer, Mena Suvari, Zach Villa, and John Waters.
Created and produced by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, American Horror Story is also executive produced by Eric Kovtun, Nissa Diederich, Scott Robertson, Tanase Popa, Crystle Roberson Dorsey, Jennifer Salt, and Tim Minear.
Season 13 marks the first time we’ve gotten new AHS episodes since 2024, the longest break in seasons since the show began in 2011. The first two weeks of premieres will feature three episodes each, followed by a pair of episodes every week leading up to the thirteenth and final episode on October 29.
American Horror Story Season 13 premieres on FX and Hulu on September 24 at 6PM PT/9PM ET.
