If youโ€™ve ever wondered just how weird the protagonists of a horror film can get, just take a look at Off Ramp, a new horror film centered around a couple of Juggalos – or fans of the Insane Clown Posse, for the uninitiated. The indie flick follows two โ€œlovable degenerate Juggalosโ€ as they try to make their way to The Gathering of the Juggalos, and FANGORIA has an exclusive clip to show off just what kinds of chaos they have to go through to get there.

The clip features a crew of Juggalos crowded in a dark room, bearing their iconic face paint and attempting to summon Lotus, who based on context clues seems like a โ€œbaby ghost,โ€ if said Juggalos are to be trusted. One of them makes the excellent point that a baby might not be able to communicate from beyond the grave if she never learned to speak in life, while another uses an ax (of all things!) to draw blood for the requisite sacrifice.

The person doing the sacrifice, however, seems unsatisfied with just the blood, and requires something a littleโ€ฆmeatier. (I know, I know. Iโ€™m sorry for the pun.) The Juggalo offers her pinky finger, but alas – the clip ends before we can see if she ends up down a digit or not. Either way, itโ€™s certain not to end well. It wouldnโ€™t be a horror film if it did!

Off Ramp is directed by Nathan Tape, who co-wrote the film with Tim Cairo and produces alongside Fabiola Andrade and Laura Cassidy. Itโ€™s one of many music-centric horror flicks that have hit our screens lately, similar to titles like the Foo Fighters-led Studio 666, and stars Jon Oswald, Scott Turner Schofield, Ashley Smith, Jared Bankens, Reed Diamond, and Miles Doleac.

โ€œMuch Clown love from all the Juggalos over here at OFF RAMP,โ€ said Tape of the wild, genre-bending film. โ€œWe are stoked to be teaming up with Freestyle Digital Media in the release of this wild genre crossover hit. We are grateful that the film resonated with the fine folks at Freestyle who see the value in this film and its universal message of acceptance. WHOOP WHOOP!โ€

You can journey to The Gathering of the Juggalos yourself, as Off Ramp is available on all digital platforms and on DVD now. Check out the clip below:
