The Vampire Lestat is here, and he has the song of the summer for you. After much anticipation, AMC has finally released the trailer for Season 3 of their hit series Interview With the Vampire, featuring Sam Reid as the titular rockstar Lestat, singing a deliciously undead version of Billy Idol’s “Dancing With Myself.”

It’s obvious in the trailer that Reid’s Lestat is taking heavy inspiration from ‘80s pop idols like…well, Idol himself, as well as a hefty bit of Ziggy Stardust-era David Bowie. (I’d even venture to say there’s a little Iggy Pop in there too, given his excessive shirtlessness.) But it’s clear that, even with millions — “billions!” — of fans, the undead idol still isn’t happy, especially with the publication of Daniel Molloy’s titular book ripping him to shreds.

In addition to the trailer, fans can also stream two original songs written for the series, “All Fall Down” and “Long Face,” both sung by Reid as Lestat. Unfortunately, the “Dancing With Myself” cover isn’t available at the moment, but both originals are available to stream wherever you get your music.

The Vampire Lestat sees the return of not only Reid as Lestat, but fellow Interview stars Jacob Anderson, Assad Zaman, Eric Bogosian, and Delainey Hayles, as well as new addition Jennifer Ehle. The season’s synopsis is as follows:

Resentful of the perfunctory portrayal in the trashy bestseller “Interview with the Vampire,” the Vampire Lestat (Sam Reid) sets his story straight in a way only the Vampire Lestat can—by starting a band and going on tour. Gabriella. Nicholas. Magnus. Marius. Those Who Must Be Kept. They join Louis, Armand, Molloy, Sam, Raglan, Fareed and others we can’t tell you about yet on a sexy pilgrimage across space, time and trauma. No Auto-Tuning. No Trigger Warnings. All Feels Amplified.

The Vampire Lestat premieres on AMC and AMC+ at 9pm ET on June 7.
