Silent Hill f, one of the scariest gaming titles released last year (and our personal best of 2025!) is getting a universe expansion in the form of a brand new official manga to celebrate the six month anniversary since the survival horror game was released.

From Taiwanese company NeoBards Entertainment, with a story by writer Ryukishi07 (Higurashi:When They Cry) and artist Kera (Spirit Hunter NG) handling creature and character design, Silent Hill f is set in 1960s Japan, and follows a young girl named Hinako Shimizu, whose town of Ebisugaoka is suddenly shrouded in fog and begins to change in a horrific way. Following its September 25 release, Silent Hill f sold over one million copies (physical and digital) in just a single day, marking the triumphant return of the iconic survival horror series after years of lacklustre titles that were poorly received by critics and fans.

Revealing the news via Twitter earlier today, the official Silent Hill account confirmed that the Silent Hill f manga adaptation will be serialized on Young Ace UP, and will feature a brand-new ending penned by Ryukishi07, which will bring the total number of endings for Silent Hill f up to five.

Gokin Ame will illustrate the story, with Konami revealing a sneak peek of the artwork below.

Along with the Silent Hill f manga, the Silent Hill series is set to expand further with Bloober Team's upcoming remake of Silent Hill 1, and the highly-anticipated Silent Hill: Townfall from Screen Burn and Annapurna Interactive.
