As if sixteen Oscar nominations werenโt enough, Warner Bros. is continuing to celebrate the success of Sinners in an all-new way. The studio just revealed that theyโre opening a new exhibit focused on the film as a part of their Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood, which takes fans through the magic of moviemaking.ย
The new exhibit opens the tourโs Stage 48: Script to Screen section, and features a number of screen used items from Sinners, including Smoke, Stack, and Sammieโs costumes, as well as pieces worn by Annie, Pearline, Cornbread, and Mary. Guests are also invited to step into recreations of the filmโs sets, including Smoke and Stackโs juke joint, and get an up-close look at screen-used set pieces, props, and prosthetics.ย
The new exhibit joins a multitude of other films represented on the Studio Tour, including those shot on Warner Bros.โ backlot, among other popular titles like Friends, The Big Bang Theory, and the Harry Potter films. The Stage 48 section also gives guests a comprehensive look at how a film is made, from the first time a screenwriter puts pen to paper all the way to finished product leaving the post-production house and hitting theaters.ย

The Sinners exhibit, which runs through the end of March, celebrates the record-breaking number of nominations Ryan Cooglerโs film earned at this yearโs Academy Awards. Among notable nominations for Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Actor in a Leading Role, the film also earned a shocking number of production nominations, including those for cinematography, costume design, film editing, visual effects, and makeup and hairstyling.ย
Starring Michael B. Jordan, Hailee Steinfeld, Jack OโConnell, Lola Kirke, Delroy Lindo, and more, Sinners earned just over $274 million domestically, with an international haul of $85 million, launching it over $361 million globally. In addition to winning over audiences, the filmโs Rotten Tomatoes score โ for as much as anyone can put credence in an aggregator โ remains high, earning a clean 97 percent, as well as an A on CinemaScore, the highest rating for any original horror film ever.ย
FANGORIAโs own BJ Colangelo praised the film, calling it a โsweaty, sexy, blood-soaked success,โ a tale that โboldly examines the impact of what happens when the Other is not a misunderstood outcast but instead a genuine threat whose corruptive infiltration only leads to death and destruction.โ If thatโs not a rousing endorsement to check out the film if you havenโt already, I donโt know what is.ย
