Zazie Beetz (Joker, Black Mirror) fights for her light in They Will Kill You, the high-octane horror-action-comedy from director Kirill Sokolov, which gets its first trailer today ahead of hitting theaters on March 27 via New Line Cinema and Nocturna.
Myha’La (Bodies Bodies Bodies), Paterson Joseph (Peep Show), Tom Felton (Harry Potter series), Heather Graham (Suitable Flesh), and Patricia Arquette (Severance) also star in the pic, which is produced by Andy and Barbara Muschietti (Mama, It: Welcome to Derry). Dan Kagan also produces, with executive producers including Sokolov, co-writer Alex Litvak, Russell Ackerman, John Schoenfelder, and Carl Hampe.
In the R-rated They Will Kill You, a young woman must survive the night at the Virgil, a demonic cult’s mysterious and twisted death-trap of a lair, before becoming their next offering in a “uniquely brazen, big screen battle of epic kills and wickedly dark humor.”
From today's new trailer, They Will Kill You is giving us Ready or Not vibes, so expect hilarious horror-comedy with a generous soaking of blood.
