Ahead of The Strangers – Chapter 3 hitting theaters wide on February 6, Lionsgate is hosting a 3 kilometer survival run – one KM to commemorate each chapter of the trilogy – in Malibu to put your lungs and legs to the test. Reach the finish line and you can attend an exclusive screening of the third chapter of The Strangers reboot trilogy. Fall behind and… well, let's just say it won't just be your muscles that are screaming.
Directed by Renny Harlin (Deep Blue Sea, the upcoming orca-attack thriller Black Tides), The Strangers – Chapter 3 sees star Madelaine Petsch return, as well as Gabriel Basso, Ema Horvath, Pablo Sandstrom, and Richard Brake. In the final film of Harlin's The Strangers trilogy, Maya (Petsch) faces the masked killers one last time in a brutal, full-circle reckoning of survival and revenge.
The Strangers – Chapter 3 is written by Alan R. Cohen and Alan Freedland, with producers Courtney Solomon, Mark Canton, Christopher Milburn, Gary Raskin, Alastair Burlingham, and Charlie Dombek. It’s the fifth film in the franchise originally created by Bryan Bertino, which began with the film starring Liv Tyler and Scott Speedman. Following the cult hit sequel The Strangers: Prey at Night, the franchise was rebooted with the current Petsch-led trilogy, which comes to a close next month.
