We recently announced Alejandro Brugués back on the big screen with a new feature, The Inheritance. Today, we have an exclusive sneak peek at a clip! Written by Joe Russo and Chris Lamont, The Inheritance follows billionaire Charles Abernathy and his family as he invites his estranged children home for a killer reunion. Abernathy is afraid someone or something is going to kill him, so naturally he bribes his offspring with cold hard (inheritance!) cash to keep him alive for the night. Listen, we love admiring works of art! Not so much when the art goes out of its way to admire us back. And we definitely draw the line at stalked-by-art. The Inheritance stars Bob Gunton, Peyton List, Briana Middleton, Rachel Nichols, Austin Stowell, David Walton, Resse Alexander, and Chris Wood.
Cobra Kai fans will recognize Peyton List from her role as Tory Nichols, but List has been getting well acquainted with the horror genre over the last several years with roles in School Spirits, The Friendship Game, and Hubie Halloween.
The Inheritance will be in select theaters and On Demand July 12.
