The Demon Disorder - Shudder

โ€œThe Demon Disorder is an elevated genre piece with real-world relationships and family dynamics,โ€ Boyle exclusively told Fango last year during the filmโ€™s production. โ€œIt combines elements of early David Cronenberg and body horror crafted through elaborate visual effects sequences. Audiences can expect something fresh. Itโ€™s disturbing, itโ€™s humorous, and I promise it will have people talking about what theyโ€™ve just witnessed long after it finishes.โ€

The cast includes John Noble (The Lord of the Rings), Charles Cottier (The Pet Killer), Christian Willis (Home and Away) and Dirk Hunter (Irreverent). Boyle co-wrote the screenplay with Toby Osborne (Pindam). Boyle also serves as a producer alongside Ally Muller, with Michael Spierig and Peter Spierig, aka The Spierig Brothers, on board as executive producers.ย
