192: Stephen King Video Games With merritt k

The Kingcast boys break formula a little bit with this week's episode, which focuses on four particularly head-scratching Stephen King related video games: The Running Man, The Lawnmower Man, The Dark Half, and F13. They are joined by video game expert, designer, and creator "merritt k" who did all the hard work to track down these older games, play them, and report back on just how bonkers they are. (Spoiler alert: they're all varying forms of insane). Some very important questions are delved into in this episode. How do you play these old games? Is there a reason Tad is smoking a pile of cigarette butts in The Dark Half game? Why so much dog-kicking in The Running Man game? And will Stephen King ever properly write his own video game story?
