11 Horror Movies To Watch On Shudder This Month

Mad scientists and murderous, musical zombies are coming!

New month, new movies dropping on our favorite streamers! This month, Shudder has Holiday horrors, a fresh Frankenstein riff, and more coming in November! Anna and the Apocalypse mashes zombie horrors and comedy into one killer musical, and Laura Moss' birth/rebirth is a fantastic updated twist on Frankenstein lore and exploration of a mother's love. Shudder knows November can be difficult as we mourn Halloween, so they're throwing weekly watch parties every Friday night 9pm ET/6pm PT in November.   • Anna and the Apocalypse - November 1

    When it comes to killin' zombies, this one's the top of its class. A genuinely great soundtrack, heartfelt, humorous, scary, and even heartbreaking in parts! Add Anna and the Apocalypse to your holiday horror watchlist.

  • I Am Not A Serial Killer - November 6

    Hmm… sounds like something a serial killer would say! In a small Midwestern town, a troubled teen with homicidal tendencies must hunt down and destroy a supernatural killer while keeping his own inner demons at bay.

    When she and her family are attacked by a random stranger one night, a Dutch woman sets out to find an explanation. The more she digs, the more she becomes convinced that she is being hunted by something ancient.

    A radio host interprets the possible outbreak of a deadly virus which infects the small Ontario town he is stationed in.

  • Hannibal - November 22

    The series based on Thomas Harris' Hannibal Lecter follows criminal profiler Will Graham as he pursues a particularly complicated serial killer with the help of Lecter. The series has a cult following and three seasons. Now that it's dropping on Shudder, it's a good time to dive in or rewatch.
