Good Luck, Have Fun, Don't Dieย marks Verbinski's first feature since 2016โ€™s A Cure for Wellness, the 2016 psychological horror that starred Dane Dehaan and Mia Goth as patients at a mysterious rehab center in the mountains. His other most famous horror title is, of course,ย The Ring, the 2002 American remake of Hideo Nakata's J-horror classic Ring from 1998.

The genre-bending pic is produced by Verbinski, Robert Kulzer, Erwin Stoff, Oly Obst, and Denise Chamian, with a score by Geoff Zanelli, his first full project with Verbinski after providing additional music for The Lone Ranger and the Piratesfranchise. After its premiere at this yearโ€™s Fantastic Fest, the film currently has a 94% on Rotten Tomatoes โ€” a good sign for Verbinskiโ€™s return to directing.

Good Luck, Have Fun, Donโ€™t Die hits theaters on February 13 via Briarcliffe Entertainment. Check out the new trailer down below, and for more, here's a whole bunch of other 2026 horrors we're excited about.
