Debuting on October 15, the 8-episode Crystal Lake stars Callum Vinson as a young Jason and Linda Cardellini as Pamela Voorhees, a single mother who has been unable to shake her grief after her young, sickly son Jason tragically drowned in the town lake almost a year before:
When two strangers arrive at Pam’s door digging into her past, a disturbing chain of events is set into motion, leaving the townspeople of Crystal Lake wondering: just who is Pam Voorhees?
Brad Caleb Kane, (It: Welcome to Derry) serves as writer, showrunner and executive producer on the camp-set series, with Victor Miller (original Friday the 13th scribe) onboard as an executive producer along with Marc Toberoff, Robert M. Barsamian, Robert P. Barsamian, and Stuart Manashil.
Joining Vinson and Cardellini are William Catlett, Devin Kessler, Cameron Scoggins in a major legacy role, Gwendolyn Sundstrom, Nick Cordileone, Danielle Kotch, Phoenix Parnevik, Nancy Nagrant, and Joy Suprano, with Michael Lennox, Celine Held and Logan George, and Quyen Tran directing episodes.
