Now that Stranger Things is finally wrapping up, star Millie Bobby Brown already has her next project lined up, and it looks like sheโ€™s sticking with Netflix. Deadline reports that the young actress will star in and executive produce the new supernatural series Prism for the streamer, alongside fellow executive producers Rachel Brosnahan and AGBO, helmed by Joe and Anthony Russo.ย

Based on the short story of the same name by Nick Shafir, Prism will star Brown as Cassie, a โ€œwoman with the unique ability to communicate with apparitions, who must uncover the cause of a newly discovered phenomenon that causes โ€œvisitorsโ€ (ghosts) to appear all over the world before itโ€™s too late,โ€ according to Deadline. Etan Frankel will serve as showrunner for the series, and executive producers also include the Russo Brothers, Russell Kahn for Scrap Paper Pictures, Angela Russo-Otstot, Scott Nemes, Alessandra Maman, Jack Heller, and Caitlin de Lisser-Ellen.ย

Prism marks Brownโ€™s second collaboration with AGBO after this yearโ€™s sci-fi blockbuster The Electric State, and the latest in a long line of projects for Netflix, which also includes Damsel and the Enola Holmes franchise. The new series is AGBOโ€™s third project with Netflix, after producing The Gray Man and The Electric State.ย

But, before this new series arrives, Brown will wrap up her starring role in Stranger Things with the explosively popular showโ€™s final season, which airs its first four episodes on November 26, followed by three more episodes on Christmas Day, and the finale on December 31. The new season is also set to feature Terminator alum Linda Hamilton in a mystery role, alongside its returning cast.ย

No release date has been set for Prism. Stay tuned to FANGORIA for more updates as they arrive.
