Shout! TV and Scream Factory TV are bringing us horror double features every weekend in October, curated by horror-loving legends. Fittingly dubbed “Handpicked Horror,” the scream-worthy streaming event is curated by Mike Flanagan (The Life of Chuck, The Fall of The House of Usher, The Haunting of Hill House) and Kate Siegel (Hush, Midnight Mass), Akela Cooper (M3GAN, Malignant), Felissa Rose (Sleepaway Camp, Terrifier 2) and Tracie Thoms (Death Proof, 9-1-1).
The series kicked off last weekend with M3GAN writer Akela Cooper's picks Chopping Mall, Q: The Winged Serpent, Night Of The Demons, A Bay of Blood [English-Language], The Crush, and Slaughterhouse Rock. This weekend, it's time for Felissa Rose to take center stage with her handpicked horror lineup. But first, we asked Felissa to answer a few pressing questions exclusively for FANGORIA readers, and she happily obliged.
First up, Felissa gives us her favorite “campy” movies. We'll give you three guesses as to what tops her list.
Our world is rife with horror movie villains, but fear is a very personal thing, which means there's often a big debate of what constitutes as “scary.” So who takes the title of Scariest Horror Movie Villain? Felissa gives us her argument in favor of her Scariest Horror Movie Villain below.
Twist endings are a genre staple. When done correctly, they go on to live in infamy. Felissa drops Orphan and The Sixth Sense as possible contenders for the title of Best Twist Ending, but we won't spoil her ultimate winner. Find out Felissa Rose's top pick for the ultimate horror movie twist ending right here.
