You'll also find the chilling cult horror film from the writers of American Graffiti, Messiah of Evil, which is a wonderfully disturbing and dreamlike film that is one of the best underseen horror films of the 1970s, streaming on Shudder this month, as well as a film that is rarely seen on streaming, The Last Horror Film, aka Fanatic. This slasher horror comedy was shot at the Cannes Film Festival, initially without a permit, starring Joe Spinell (The Godfather, Maniac) and Caroline Munro (Dracula AD 1972, Maniac).
Hostile Dimensions also lands on the platform this March, it's an eerie yet comedic take on inter-dimensional travel. This is a month filled with the most surprising lineup of the best new horror movies to stream at home.
