Scott Beck and Bryan Woods' theological thriller Heretic streams exclusively on Max from Friday, March 7, before debuting on HBO linear a day later on March 8.
Starring Hugh Grant (who nabbed himself a BAFTA nomination for his performance as the chilling Mr. Reed), Sophie Thatcher and Chloe East, Heretic became one of A24's biggest horror hits, taking in around $59 million at the global box office following its November 8 wide release.
In Heretic, two Mormon missionaries (Thatcher and East) attempt to convert a reclusive man (Grant) but realize he is more dangerous than he seems.
