The formerly-titled SHELTER will see release through The Weinstein Company’s new VOD-theatrical system, Radius.
Directed by Måns Mårlind and Björn Stein, who went on to helm last year’s fourth UNDERWORLD movie (AWAKENING) finds Julianne Moore as Dr. Cara Harding who “after the death of her husband, finds her faith in God shaken, but not her belief in science. In an
attempt to open her up to accepting unexplainable psychiatric theories, her
father introduces her to Adam, a patient with multiple personalities who takes
on some of the physical characteristics of his other personalities. But, Cara
quickly discovers that Adam’s other personalities are murder victims and the
more she finds out about him and his past, the closer she and her loved ones
are to becoming victims themselves.”
Radius also released another delayed title, SOLOMON KANE this past August. If, in addition to new, buzzed festival titles and indies, Radius is working its way through stalled Weinstein pictures, is there now hope for Alexandre Bustillo and Julien Maury’s INSIDE folllow-up, LIVID?
6 SOULS is On Demand March 1st, and in select theaters April 5.
