Toronto! See Indie Shocker “THE BASEMENT”; Preview Blood in the Snow 2013
Get out your snowshoes and sharpen your knives, the Blood in the Snow Canadian Film Festival is returning for its second year this November 29th-December 1st in to a new home at the iconic Carlton Theatre in Toronto.
The festival will kick off with a very special sneak preview event on Thursday, Oct. 10th: the world premiere of microbudget shocker THE BASEMENT. Directed by Martin-André Young, this claustrophobic thriller tells the tale of five teenagers who barricade themselves in their cellar to protect themselves from a mysterious invader waiting to kill them upstairs. Cast and crew will be in attendance for a Q&A after the screening.
That same night, the Blood in the Snow programming team will also make a live announcement of their line-up for the 2013 festival. Advanced tickets for the Oct. 10 event are only $10 ($12 at the door) or free if you buy an early bird Blood in the Snow festival pass for the price of $60. FANGORIA is a sponsor of the fest and we have a limited amount of the latest magazine available for those that purchase the early bird. So act fast!
