“THE HUMAN RACE” running to summer release

After assorted festival dates, the survival-horror film THE HUMAN RACE is finally approaching the finish line: U.S. release across a variety of media. Read on for the details and the poster art.

XLrator Media will debut THE HUMAN RACE in select theaters as well as on VOD and iTunes June 13, followed by DVD and Blu-ray release July 22. Written and directed by Paul Hough, the movie begins with 80 people of all ages and walks of life waking up to find themselves competitors in a literal race to the death along a prescribed path. The rules are simple: “If you are lapped twice, you die. If you step off the path, you die. If you touch the grass, you will die. Race—or die.”

“I’m so excited for the release across America,” Hough tells Fango, “since the chance to excite, thrill and disturb people is finally a reality.” See the trailer below the poster and THE HUMAN RACE’s Facebook page here.
