Texas Frightmare Weekend 2016: Full Schedule, New Screening Announced!

With another week passing, fright fans are another week closer to Texas Frightmare Weekend, invading the Hyatt Regency DFW from Friday, April 29th to Sunday, May 1st. And while the Southwest’s Premiere Horror Convention has announced enough guests, events and opportunities to satisfy even the most jaded horrorhead, FANGORIA has yet another slew of announcements this week for Texas Frightmare Weekend 2016!

First up, FANGORIA is excited to announce that Texas Frightmare Weekend will be screening DAYLIGHT’S END, the latest fright film starring the one-and-only Lance Henriksen and BLACK HAWK DOWN actor Johnny Strong! Directed by William Kaufman (JARHEAD 3 / THE MARINE 4) and co-starring Louis Mandylor (SORORITY PARTY MASSACRE), Gary Cairns (MALIGNANT) and Chelsea Edmundson (BLOODSUCKA JONES), this post-apocalyptic siege movie joins the wicked roster of macabre movies screening at Texas Frightmare Weekend. Next up, Texas Frightmare Weekend and FANGORIA are proud to be teaming up for the very first installment of Twisted Trivia! That’s right: FANGORIA’s Ken W. Hanley and Madeleine Koestner will host ten rounds of terrifying team trivia with petrifying prizes at stake! FANGORIA has exciting prizes from Troma Entertainment, Vinegar Syndrome, Glass Eye Pix, RLJ Entertainment, Diamond Select Toys, XLrator Media, Sacred Bones Records, Dallas Sonnier, MVD Entertainment and more!
