NY/NJ! Win A Mondo LP at Alamo Drafthouse Yonkers “PET SEMATARY” Screening Next Week!

,

When it comes to Stephen King adaptations, very few resonate with as much creepy purpose as PET SEMATARY, Mary Lambert’s terrifying take on grief, loss, resurrection and consequence. But as much as the film can inspire goosebumps with the likes of Undead Gage or Zelda, the film is equally notable for its sinister soundtrack. Of course, The Ramones’ title track from the film broke big in a way that few horror anthems ever have, but Elliot Goldenthal’s score adds that extra taste of Southern Gothic terror to the proceedings as well. Luckily for NY/NJ horrorheads, Alamo Drafthouse Yonkers is not only offering the chance to catch PET SEMATARY on the big screen next week, but one luckily attendee will be going home with Mondo’s PET SEMATARY vinyl LP!

For those unfamiliar, here’s the official synopsis for PET SEMATARY…

Behind a young family’s home in Maine is a terrible secret that holds the power of life after death. When tragedy strikes, the threat of that power soon becomes undeniable.
