NYC! Celebrate Friday, May 13th with “FRIDAY THE 13TH” Gallery Exhibit / Screening!Movies/TV,News Ken W. Hanley
It’s that time of the year again: Friday, May 13th rings in yet another Friday the 13th, the creepiest day on the calendar. But beyond the day’s notoriously (and perhaps, supernaturally) unlucky streak, the day has also become synonymous with the FRIDAY THE 13TH franchise, one of horror’s most long-standing and beloved series of slasher films. And it’s with that same love and familiarity that Bushwick, NY’s Cultural Compulsive Disorder is teaming with Dromedary Bar (266 Irving Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11237) for a FRIDAY THE 13TH celebration unlike any other, complete with FRIDAY THE 13TH themed cocktails, art gallery exhibits and a marathon screening of the first four FRIDAY THE 13TH films!
Starting at 8 p.m. this Friday, May 13th, 2016, CCD will present FRIDAY THE 13TH through PART IV: THE FINAL CHAPTER back-to-back at Dromedary, with full food and drink service, including special FRIDAY THE 13TH menu items. Furthermore, original and exclusive FRIDAY THE 13TH artwork will be on display and for sale, plus more exciting surprises along the way! So why not ring in Friday the 13th with some sinister style and RSVP for the event HERE. Stay tuned for more horror events from the Brooklyn-based CCD here at FANGORIA.com!
