Fantastic Market Announces 2014 Selected Projects

Fantastic Market | Mercado Fantastico, the industry market addition to Austin’s annual Fantastic Fest, now in its second year, has revealed the slate of developing projects to be presented this September. 

Focused on connecting international film projects with potential production partners, sales agents, and distributors, with a
particular emphasis on filmmakers from Latin America, Spain, Portugal and Lation filmmakers in the U.S., Fantastic Market, the 2015 market will features 15 projects over the course of September 18-20.

The market is lead by Fantastic Fest director Kristen Bell and lead programmer Rodney Perkins and is partnered with CANANA and El Rey. Perkins says, “The public response to this year’s call for submissions was astounding. The 15 selected projects represent a diverse mix of talent from the United States and abroad. We are extremely pleased to present these filmmakers to the world.”
