Fantasia fest announces Frontières projects: Dante, Stanley, Zulawski, etc.

For the second year, Montreal’s Fantasia festival is hosting the Frontières International Co-Production Market as part of its 2013 edition, which runs July 18-August 6. A number of exciting filmmakers are involved, so keep reading for the details.

The first and only co-production market uniting North American and European talent and financing with a focus on genre movies, Frontières will this year feature presentations for a dozen selected projects from major names in the horror, cult and related realms. Here’s the rundown:

Frontières is part of the Fantasia Industry Rendez-Vous, which also includes the Fantasia Film Market, supporting sales of the movies shown at the festival as well as allowing for more filmmakers to meet and pitch projects.
