Exclusive clip takes you into “THE JUNGLE”

The filmmaker who confronted hapless humans with a killer crocodile in BLACK WATER and a marauding great white shark in THE REEF unveils a more mysterious predator this week in THE JUNGLE. We’ve got an exclusive clip past the jump.

Out tomorrow, June 24 on DVD from Entertainment One, the documentary-style THE JUNGLE completes writer/director Andrew Traucki’s “Trilogy of Terror.” Filmed on location in Indonesia, the movie, according to the synopsis, follows “a team of conservationists out to explore the dense rainforest in search of a rare leopard. But the deeper into the jungle they journey, the more nervous the group’s native guides become—local legend has it that a deadly werewolf-like creature roams the lands. Determined to complete their mission, the expeditionists venture farther into the darkening forest, only to discover they are being stalked by an unseen predator: one that has no fear of humans.” The disc, which presents the movie in 16×9-enhanced 1.78:1 widescreen with Dolby Digital 5.1 sound, retails for $19.98.
