Exclusive: Adam Gierasch’s “SCHISM” gets new title, posterMovies/TV,News Michael Gingold 1 Comment
Dripping with sexuality and surrealism, Adam Gierasch’s film noir-infused horror film SCHISM has been given a new title for its upcoming release, and we’ve got the first look at the poster.
Seven Arts Entertainment opens the movie under the new title FRACTURED. Scripted by Gierasch and Jace Anderson, the longtime writing team whose credits also include Tobe Hooper’s TOOLBOX MURDERS and Dario Argento’s MOTHER OF TEARS, FRACTURED stars Callum Blue as a cook suffering from amnesia and bizarre waking nightmares, the latter of which lead him to discover his violent past in New Orleans. The film, which received raves (including ours) from a sold-out showing at last year’s Screamfest LA, also stars Ashlynn Yennie from the HUMAN CENTIPEDE films, THE MIDNIGHT MEAT TRAIN’s Vinnie Jones and GIRLS AGAINST BOYS’ Nicole LaLiberte. Look for more coverage of FRACTURED at this site soon and in the pages of Fango #332, on sale next month, and grab the just-released GOREZONE #30 for an exclusive sexy photo pictorial of Yennie shot by horror-centric photographer Ama Lea (previewed here).
