Exclusive: a couple of crazy clips from “DEADBALL”

DEADBALLEXCCLIPSFEAT

There’s lots of bleeding in baseball when you’re talking DEADBALL, an wild and politically incorrect horror/comedy from Japan debuting on U.S. disc next week. We’ve got a couple of exclusive, splattery tastes of the madness to share with you.

Directed by Yudai Yamaguchi as a follow-up to his previous BATTLEFIELD BASEBALL, DEADBALL (on DVD and Blu-ray from Well Go USA Tuesday, April 9) stars VERSUS’ Tak Sakaguchi as Jubeh, a young man with a literal killer pitch who winds up in the Pterodactyl Juvenile Reformatory. There, he joins a group of strange, misfit players on the prison’s baseball team, and faces the challenge of the sexy, lethal girls of St. Black Dahlia High School. Below, you can check out the fatal result of Jubeh’s game of catch with his father and an introduction to the St. Black Dahlia babes.
