DVDetails: Lo-Fi, Psychotropic “LOWLIFE”

BRINKVision, a distributor whose ventures into genre are often fascinating, strange and lo-fi affairs, have revealed On Demand and DVD details, as well as an unsettling, enticing trailer, for Seth Smith’s seemingly scuzzy LOWLIFE.

In LOWLIFE, “a lonely musician’s descent into the shadowy world of a living drug leads to a mysterious island where a battle of body and soul is waged.” The film looks a unique beast, with a deliberate, squalid, surreal aesthetic that may delight fans of harsh cinema. BRINKVision releases LOWLIFE on VOD and Limited Edition DVD August 26th.
