Director & DP go Inside the Coven with commentary on “AMERICAN HORROR STORY”

Director Alfonso Gomez-Rejon and Cinematographer Michael Goi are some of AMERICAN HORROR STORY’s most key players. Providing the series with immense, dizzying, often beautiful style, they meet the nuttiest places the series is willing to go and complement perfectly. It’s great then, that they’ve dived into their choices in a mini-featurette covering COVEN’s premiere episode “Bitchcraft.” Discussing not only their strong visual decisions, but SUSPIRIA influence and how they achieve such on the tight schedule that is television production, the six-minute “Inside the Coven” is great viewing for fans and admirers.

AMERICAN HORROR STORY: COVEN sees its second episode, “Boy Parts,” air tonight at 10 p.m. You can find the promo for it below, and see our review of last week’s “Bitchcraft” right here.
