Written and directed by ROSENCRANTZ AND GUILDENSTERN ARE UNDEAD’s Jordan Galland, AVA’S POSSESSIONS world-premiered at last year’s SXSW Film Festival and also played at Montreal’s Fantasia, and arrives in theaters and on VOD from Momentum Pictures March 4. It stars Louisa Krause in the title role, along with GIRLS’ Jemima Kirke, Alysia Reiner, Deborah Rush and genre veterans Carol Kane (WHEN A STRANGER CALLS), William Sadler (TALES FROM THE CRYPT: DEMON KNIGHT, THE MIST), Whitney Able (ALL THE BOYS LOVE MANDY LANE, MONSTERS), Lou Taylor Pucci (EVIL DEAD, SPRING) and Dan Fogler (HELLBENDERS, TV’s HANNIBAL). The synopsis: “Ava Dobkins [Krause] is recovering from demonic possession. With no memory of the past month, she is forced to attend a Spirit Possession Anonymous support group. As Ava struggles to reconnect with her friends, get her job back and figure out where the huge bloodstain in her apartment came from, she’s plagued by nightmarish visions—the demon is trying to come back.” Learn more about AVA’S POSSESSIONS on Facebook.
