You must list “CURSE” as your subject line and provide us your full name. Offer is good for you and one guest. Names will be checked at the door. Offer is first come, first served, and we will confirm your RSVP. Seating is not guaranteed, however. This exclusive event is presented by our pals at XLrator Media, who release THE CURSE OF SLEEPING BEAUTY to theaters on May 13th and on iTunes and VOD on May 17th.
Teo and Josh Nadler co-scripted THE CURSE OF SLEEPING BEAUTY from the Everette Hartsoe comic book. Here’s the official synopsis for the movie:
“THE CURSE OF SLEEPING BEAUTY is an entirely new, dark vision of the classic Brothers Grimm adventure. Thomas Kaiser (Peck) inherits an ancestral mansion that has been in his family for generations—only to learn that he has also inherited an ancient curse stemming back to the Crusades. Forced into his new role as ‘protector’—the guardian appointed to keep the evil demons in the house at bay—Thomas must unravel the mystery of the house, while struggling to awaken the beautiful Briar Rose (Eisley), held captive in a terrifying netherworld seen previously in his dreams.”
So prepare yourself for a very grim fairy tale (this ain’t Disney, folks!) and see THE CURSE OF SLEEPING BEAUTY this coming Monday, May 9th. Fango editor emeritus Tony Timpone will be hosting the show. See here for an interview with Teo and here for an exclusive CURSE clip.
