AIRBOURNE announce NO GUTS, NO GLORY

t_AIRB_029Australian rockers Airbourne are pleased to announce NO GUTS, NO GLORY as the title of their second album for Roadrunner Records. The album is set for release on February 23, 2010. NO GUTS, NO GLORY was recorded in Chicago with noted producer Johnny K (Disturbed, 3 Doors Down, Staind).  The band relocated from their shared home in Warrnambool and moved into K’s spacious studio to record the album.

ROCK BAND breaks out Zombies & Wolves for Halloween Week DLC

ROCK BANDHarmonix and MTV Games today announced the spookiest DLC packs yet, with three tracks from Rob Zombie and five from Wolfmother, as well as tracks from Liz Phair and Morningwood, that will be added next week to the Rock Band Music Store of downloadable content for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, PlayStation® 3 computer entertainment system and Wii™. Tracks from Sonic Youth and Steely Dan will also be available for download next week for Rock Band Unplugged on PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system.

Violent SohoFans of grunge listen up - theres a new kid in town. Australian rockers Violent Soho (see their FANGORIA MUSICK List of Doom here) performed their song "Muscle Junkie" at a recent concert in Brooklyn, channeling Nirvana but putting their own "muscle" into the music.  And before the show, the band proved they're more than just a pretty face with a conversation on race relations in their home country.  Check out all the action in this new video clip.
