Yikes! We haven’t reported on Frank Darabont’s upcoming TV series since yesterday! Want to see what KNB EFX is up to on the AMC show? Here’s a new pic to whet your undead appetite.

In case you didn’t notice, yesterday marked the official launch of voting at FANGORIA’s FrightFest website, your chance to help decide (now through July 19) which one of our eight new horror flicks (PIG HUNT, ROAD KILL, THE HAUNTING, FRAGILE, HUNGER, DARK HOUSE, GRIMM LOVE and THE TOMB) wins some theatrical exposure. And in addition, voters will be able to download (for the next 60 days) two free episodes of FANGORIA’s SCREAMOGRAPHY series: intimate profiles of genre master Guillermo del Toro (pictured, of the HELLBOY movies and PAN’S LABYRINTH) and AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON writer/director John Landis. These downloads will be available once voting ends and will only be open to participants, who will be sent an e-mail with download instructions.

A HD trailer for the Neil Marshall film has hit the web. Magnet releases CENTURION on August 27. The film centers on the war between Roman soldiers and Pict tribesmen during the second century Roman conquest of Britain. Michael Fassbender, Dominic West and Olga Kurylenko star.

Alexandre Aja’s PIRANHA remake looks like it could be loads of fun: fish, females and Christopher Lloyd! The film stars Elisabeth Shue, Steven McQueen, Ving Rhames, Jerry O’Connell, Dina Meyer, Adam Scott, Jessica Szohr, Kelly Brook, Eli Roth (!) and Richard Dreyfuss. Check out the new one-sheet after the jump.

Anchor Bay Entertainment has released a new trailer to promote the upcoming DVD and Blu-ray releases of AFTER.LIFE, writer/director Agnieszka Wojtowicz-Vosloo’s psychological chiller starring Christina Ricci and Liam Neeson. Check it out after the jump.

Spanish horror legend Paul Naschy’s EMPUSA, one of the final fright films the actor starred in (and the last one he wrote and directed under his real name, Jacinto Molina) has been selected to play the next edition of France’s International Spanish Cinema Festival of Toulousse, running October 1-10. See below the jump for a series of exclusive EMPUSA stills and behind-the-scenes photos.

Correction: We at Fango initially thought the photo below was Peter Dinklage in full-on knight gear. Maybe it's just because we're terribly excited by the idea of Peter Dinklage in full-on knight gear. Instead, it is equally awesome KNIGHTS OF BADASSDOM director Joe Lynch... and by the way, we totally stand by the 'Screw Trumpkin!'

Another fine contest is here from FANGORIA ENTERTAINMENT. This time we’re loading up one lucky person with lots of gear from THE CRAZIES, which is releasing to DVD on June 29th.

It feels like every day there’s a new actor, picture or interview for THE WALKING DEAD, and that’s all good. Frank Darabont adapting Robert Kirkman’s zombie comic? Bring it on! Last Tuesday, we did a post on the first production photo of series lead Andrew Lincoln as Rick Grimes. Now, a second pic of the actor has hit the web.

Director Craig Gillespie has been collecting his cast for the DreamWorks remake. Click here to see the latest actor to join the reboot. And find out when FRIGHT NIGHT (which is apparently going to be in 3-D) is being released after the jump.

As part of the advance promotion for THE LAST EXORCISM, a new website for The Church of St. Marks, the haven of the movie’s Rev. Cotton Marcus, opened on-line yesterday. There you can learn more about his world of possession and exorcism.

Writer/director Brad Rego dropped Fango a line to update us on the progress of his first feature, THE KILLING OF JACOB MARR (which we first told you about here). He also sent along a couple of sweet images as well. Read on for more!
