They didn’t listen in 1982 and they’re not listening now. The newer movie called DON’T GO IN THE WOODS sends a group of young people into a forest where a murderer starts picking ’em off, and a trailer, poster and info on when/where you can see it have now been issued.

Actor Vincent D’Onofrio (of FULL METAL JACKET, THE CELL, MEN IN BLACK, etc.) makes his directorial debut on this musically inclined slasher feature, in which the members of an aspiring rock band head into the trees to write some new songs (with their girlfriends arriving to provide distractions), only for a bloodbath to result. Tribeca Film debuts it on nationwide VOD December 26, followed by theatrical release in January in New York and LA, and in more cities after that.
