This past week’s bombshell news out of the Cannes Film Festival was that zombiemeister George A. Romero would be helming a 3-D remake of buddy Dario Argento’s DEEP RED (see item here), the Italian maestro’s 1975 giallo classic starring David Hemmings. How concrete is this announcement, which issued from original DEEP RED producer Claudio Argento?
