This Friday, March 4, prepare for a truly brutal emotional experience when Kim Jee-woon’s I SAW THE DEVIL begins its theatrical release from Magnolia Pictures’ Magnet Releasing. Fango’s Michael Gingold sat down with the Korean director for an exclusive video chat (directed and edited by Bill Hall), which you can see after the jump.

I SAW THE DEVIL stars OLDBOY’s Choi Min-sik as Kyung-chul, a vicious serial killer who picks the wrong victim: the fiancée of Soo-hyun (Lee Byung-hyun), a special agent who embarks on a twisted campaign of vengeance that threatens to turn him into the same kind of monster as Kyung-chul.
