In order to win an autographed CHRISTINE DVD, we asked for stories of the "Christines" in your lives, whether it be something in your garage, kitchen, office or wherever. Many great stories came in about everything from possessed cars to stereo equipment to tattoos (!), but we were able to narrow it down to one unlucky guy's tale of being haunted by a bizarre lawn ornament. Stephen Nettles from Illinois tells the tale of the sinister garden accessory that makes his blood run cold: 

My ex-girlfriend (not my ex at the time) gave me this thing when she bought it at a garage sale, and we nicknamed it "Demon Baby." Every so often when I look outside I has moved positions. It is pretty heavy for it to have been moved by the wind, and it is in our backyard so I know nobody is moving it around. In the past when I have walked by it wasps have shot out of its bellybutton. 

Whenever we talk about how creepy it is, something bad happens, like our microwave breaking down or our washing machine breaking down and flooding our garage. When someone once knocked it over and its arm and leg broke off we glued them back on our of fear. We are afraid to get rid of it because we worry the house will explode if we do.

HONORABLE MENTION

Christine Brown of Michigan sent in some pics of an old pedal car she restored to look like the titular vehicle in CHRISTINE, complete with working lights and radio. We just had to share. Beautiful little CHRISTINE, Christine!
