The BBC’s upcoming zombie-centric (as in there’s a zombie lead) series IN THE FLESH sees a world where the undead are rehabilitated and assimilated back into society. The latest trailer finds not everyone happy about it, though.

Kieren Walker, our undead protagonist, or rotter as they seem to be called here, is heading home. Some think he’s still the same, others see a real monster. Either way, it seems odd it’s taken this long to start popularizing telling tales of what it’s like after the initial apocalypse on screen, but IN THE FLESH certainly looks a good way to get it going. The series premieres Sunday, March 17 on BBC Three, and hopefully won’t take a great deal of time getting stateside.
