The bloody crime/revenge thriller with one hell of a cast is
coming to disc, and we’ve got the scoop on the complete details along with the
cover art.
Magnolia Home Entertainment releases SUSHI GIRL under its Magnet banner February 19 on DVD and Blu-ray, following select theatrical release January 14. Directed by Kern Saxton from a script he wrote with Destin Pfaff, SUSHI GIRL is set in a restaurant where members of a holdup crew gather to celebrate the release of one of the gang from jail. They feast on sushi served on the naked body of a beautiful girl—but things get ugly when accusations and recriminations begin flying. Among the amazing ensemble are Tony Todd, James Duval, Noah Hathaway (pictured), Andy MacKenzie, Mark Hamill, Michael Biehn, Sonny Chiba, Jeff Fahey, Danny Trejo and Cortney Palm in the title role. The discs’ widescreen transfers will be accompanied by a plateful of special features:
