Stan Lee's Comikaze Expo hits the Los Angeles Convention Center this weekend, and midst meeting special guests Elvira, THE WALKING DEAD's Norman Reedus and the Chiodo Brothers, you can stop by the FANGORIA Booth and hit up some of our panels, and get a load of what's on the mind of Fango, our peers, and special guests!

FANGORIA is setting up shop all weekend at booth #1710, alongside friend and DR. SHROUD creator Rob Feldman. Then, Sunday afternoon we'll be on stage with plenty of special guests, like filmmakers Mary Lambert (PET SEMATARY) and Drew Daywalt, and fellow web writers like Ryan Turek, Staci Layne Wilson, Brian Collins—to name a few—for two separate panels to talk the current terror climate and just how vital women are to the genre.

FANGORIA PRESENTS- Future Shock: What’s Next in Horror?, 1 p.m. Sunday, Room 304ABC

Come join a group of horror experts as they discuss the current shape of the horror movie industry as well as where the industry is heading. The group will touch on recent trends like torture films, zombies, found footage, and remakes. Additionally, they will discuss indie films and how the micro-budget filmmaker can get his or her project out made and out there.

FANGORIA Presents- From Scream Queens to Final Girls, Women In Horror 3 p.m. SUNDAY, Room 303AB

Women are one of the most important and vital parts of the horror industry.  In this panel our guests  will discuss the history of women in horror, how they themselves became involved in the horror industry, and how women are reshaping the genre.  Additional topics will be gender issues in viewing, tastes, marketing, and reception.
