CABIN FEVER: PATIENT ZERO, one of two upcoming new installments in the series created by Eli Roth, will now star Sean Astin (LORD OF THE RINGS, THE GOONIES, RUDY), Brando Eaton and Ben Hollingsworth, as production is set to get underway in the Dominican Republic this August. 

Here's the synopsis: When a bachelor party cruise in the Caribbean unexpectedly runs ashore on a medical research island, a deadly virus is unleashed. The passengers must struggle to find a way to survive before their own demons and the flesh eating bacteria consumes them all.

Kaare Andrews (ALTITUDE) is directing, and probably much more interestingly, the press release revealed the name of his upcoming ABCs OF DEATH segment, "V for Vagitus". Said to be sci-fi tinged, "vagitus" is defined by a newborn baby's cry.
