Movies.com premiered the excellent little one-sheet for this year's found footage anthology, V/H/S. A collective effort from Adam Wingard and Simon Barrett (A HORRIBLE WAY TO DIE), Ti West (THE INNKEEPERS, THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL), Glenn McQuaid (I SELL THE DEAD), THE SIGNAL's David Bruckner, Joe Swanberg and viral video mavens Radio Silence, the film sees a crew of criminals hired to break into a decrepit house and snatch a particular VHS. Unfortunately, they find a slew of them, and even worse, they start watching.
Given their recent history of badass art, it's no surprise Magnolia has sprung for another frame-worthy piece for one hell of a midnight movie. V/H/S is out August 31, 2012 on VOD. I can tell you, however, you'll want to wait til a late show on October 5 and catch it with a big audience.
